In 2010, Fraikin met our objectives and fulfilled the commitments we had made, despite a continuing difficult economic climate and a commercial vehicle market in decline. Our group has thus displayed the strength of its growth model.

Our strategy has proven itself to be profitable :

  • the pursuit of innovation creates added value for our clients,

  • the re-organisation of our French network reinforces regional coverage of "commercial vehicle" activity,

  • the implementation of initiatives which focus on the efficiency of our acquisitions,

  • extremely strict cost management.

Fraikin is emerging from this turbulent period even stronger, thanks to outstanding team work: the efforts of all our colleagues who, everyday, fulfil the promise to our clients: "You drive; we care".

This is because Fraikin is above all, a human venture whose focus is the attention paid to the client, from local operators through to large international companies. This passion for customer service forms the DNA of this company and can be interpreted by our strong values: transparency, fulfilling commitments, accessibility and friendliness.

The outlook for the year 2011 is bright: the markets seem to be more sustainable and our past efforts in 2009 and 2010 will continue to come to fruition. I am fully confident of further growth in both our historical core markets, where we are further strengthening our leadership, as well as in emerging markets, where our business model will prove its worth.
